Experience
Some students may have lived in different countries and had the opportunity to be exposed to more. This can affect a student positively with learning a language. The experience and exposure is a useful asset.

Curriculum
The curriculum that is used is very impactful on second language learning. The curriculum needs to be covering appropriate material to meet the individual needs of the students. It is also important that curriculum include ideas and concepts from everyday life.

Instruction
The students need to be provided with the appropriate and learning experiences in the classroom. That includes the teacher's behaviors as well. The teacher needs to know how to be patient, as well as willing to ensure that he/she is catering to the needs of these students as the venture to learn a L2

Motivation(Extrinsic)
The encouragement from parents and teachers is a big factor. The students need to feel supported by both in order to be successful. The parents need to try to encourage and reinforce the efforts of the student as much as they can. The teacher also needs to offer the same. They are the support system.

Access to Native Speakers
Having the opportunity to interact with people who speak the L2 can be very affective. This will give the students the opportunity to learn the by using the language, not just memorizing. I think this a very important factor that can be useful to anyone learning a second language.
