Will / Shall

You use 'will' to indicate that something will happen in the future 

-Something in general: The sun will shine tomorrow.

                                                           Everything will be fine.

- When it isn't sure a prediction will happen : Maybe I'll see you later.

                                                                                              I'll help you this afternoon.

'Shall' is only used in questions with I and we.

Shall I open the window?

Shall we go see a movie?

When you want to indicate that you are planning to do something, in case of appointments (arranged), you must use to be going to:

We are going to fly to Spain this weekend.

I am going to buy a new book this afternoon.

In the first sentence you have booked the flight .

3. I offered him this job. I think he _______ (take) it.
