Conjunctions
Een voegwoord (‘conjunction’) is een woord dat twee deelzinnen ('clauses') met elkaar verbindt. Het Engels kent veel woorden die zinnen aan elkaar kunnen rijgen. Allen geven een andere reden van voegen weer, zoals bijvoorbeeld:
opsomming, reden of oorzaak, gevolg, tegenstelling, etc.
Deze moeten allen geleerd worden zodat je deze op de juiste manier kunt gebruiken.
