Why? -> For the reading PTO, a dictionary is allowed.

1. We are going to put English words in alphabetical order
2. We are going to look up words in the dictionary
3. We are going to look at words which are not literally (as text) in the dictionary.
4. So you need: an English-Dutch dictionary! Make sure to have one.
