Water Cycle
The water cycle is the path that all water follows as it moves around Earth in different states.

Slide 1 - Slide

Evaporation

Evaporation happens when a liquid is heated. The heat gives the liquid's molecules more energy. One major source of heat in the water cycle is the Sun.

Slide 2 - Slide

Condensation :
process by which a substance changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state.
The cooling water vapor then condenses to form water droplets, which in turn form clouds.

Slide 3 - Slide

Precipitation
Water that falls to the earth as hail, mist, rain, sleet, or snow. The clouds get so heavy that it release the water built up from the condensation.

Slide 4 - Slide

Collection
As the water falls to the Earth, it's collected. The collection does more than create mud and puddles to jump in! It regulates the water in our oceans, lakes, and rivers. Once the collection is over, water begins to evaporate and the cycle continues!
