Om te zeggen dat je iets kan of mag gebruik je
het hulpwerkwoord 'can'

Om te zeggen dat je iets niet kan of niet mag gebruik je 'can't (cannot)'

Can en can't (cannot) worden altijd gevolgd door het hele werkwoord!
