Section 2.1 Letter of Credit
It is an agreement between two parties, a buyer and a seller.
It is issued by a bank.
It is a document that promises that promises the buyer's payment to the seller.

If a buyer is unable to pay the amount to the sell, the bank pays the amount on behalf of buyer.
Letter of Credit normally costs 1% of the amount covered in the contract.
