Tips for a healthier diet

1. eat whole unprocessed food whenever possible
2. avoid low-fat, zero-calorie foods as they're high in sugar and salt
3. eat 5 servings of fruit and veg every day
4. pay attention to what, how much and how often you eat (don't multi-task while eating)
5. try to drink 64oz (1,892ml) of non-caffeinated fluids every day
6. eat fish twice a week
7. it's okay to splurge / eat sweets occasionally
