PALM OIL WHAT CAN WE DO?
There are 2 kinds of palm oil- sustainable palm oil and ‘dirty’ palm oil.
1) Look for product labels that list ‘sustainable palm oil’.
2) Check out company websites to find if their palm oil is eco-friendly.
3) Don’t just buy other vegetable oils, because they need even more space to grow.
4) Sign a petition to save orangutans.
5) Write to the big companies that don’t use sustainable palm oil.
6) Make your own biscuits and snacks , then you’ll know for sure there’s no palm oil.
