Step 1.1:

  • What kind of house is it(flat/detached/castle/townhouseetc.)?
  • Which rooms does your Dream House include? You need at least 5 rooms, including a fantasy room. YOu also have to include the spaces needed to make a house livable, such as a kitchen and bathroom

Example Step 2 (part 1):
My Dream House is an old industrial building. It has got 4 floors. On the ground floor there is an office or study and my fantasy room, a car museum. In the study I have got a desk and desk chair where I can do my work and a small sitting area with armchairs and a coffee table for small meetings and to do some reading. Next to the office there is a subbasement (souterrain, of half ondergrondse kelder) which has got the dining room/kitchen in it. The kitchen area has a small breakfast bar and the dining area has got a round dining table with chairs all around it.

Example Step 2 (part 2):
Above the dining room/kitchen, there is a living room. The living room has got a big sofa in the middle and a few armchairs. At the front and back, there are large glass doors that lead out to balconies. From the living room you can get to the top floor. This has got a master suite with a private roof terrace and bathroom. It also has got a separate bathroom and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has got a bed in it with nightstands and a wardrobe. The kid’s bedroom also has a closet for toys and a desk to study and do homework. There is another roof terrace on top of the car museum, which you can reach from one of the living room balconies. Both roof terraces have large lounging sofa’s and there is a barbeque.

Step 3:
