Indefinite pronouns are used to describe people, places or things in a general, unspecified way; they do not refer to
any particular person, place, or thing.

Examples:
They found something strange in their soup.
I couldn’t find my phone anywhere.
I opened the door but there was no one at home.
Everybody enjoyed the concert.

everything = alles

something   = iets

anything  = wat dan ook

nothing = niets

everywhere = overal

somewhere  =  ergens

anywhere = waar dan ook

nowhere = nergens

Overige regels:

1. Voornaamwoorden met 'every-' zijn meervoud, maar krijgen een werkwoord in het enkelvoud.
Voorbeeld: Everybody goes to the concert.

2. Als we terugverwijzen naar 'everyone' of 'everybody' gebruiken we 'their' of 'they'.
Voorbeeld: Everybody is studying for their exams.

3. Na een voornaamwoord met 'no-' krijg je GEEN ontkenning.
Voorbeeld: Nobody lives in that house.
