Ask each other questions!

Ask your neighbour the following questions and write down the answers in your notebook. Then switch roles.

Follow the instructions!

Listen carefully to the instructions of your teacher.

She will tell you what to do, but she will only say the instruction once. So you really have to be quiet and listen carefully!

After every instruction you sit down on your chair!

(turn off the blackboard)

• If you are 11 years old, please stand up. And you may sit down.
• If you are 12 years old, please stand up. And you may sit down.
• Is there anyone who is 13 years old? Then please stand up.
• If you have a little sister, please stand up. And you may sit down.
• All of you, climb on top of your chair.
• Now, clap your hands four times.
• Touch your right shoe with your left hand. But be careful!
• Now get off your chair and sit down.

• Please, stand behind your  chair.
• Now, the kids in the front row and in the third row turn around and ask: "What's your dad's name?"
• Now stand up straight and raise your hand if the color of your shoe is brown/white/black. 
• All of you, sit down, please!
• Stand up if you like to read books. And you may sit down, again.
• Stand up the rest of this lesson if you don't (hihi) like ... ENGLISH! now already!!

• Watch and listen to the story about MAE. We learn about her first school day of school.
• What do you understand already of the text?
• First write down part of the answers in your notebook. (see notes)
• Your teacher will pause the text (now and then) so you write down the answers.
