Big Question: What is the purpose of keeping a diary? 

A Diary should be written in the First Person and not in the second or third, i.e. - I went to the port (not he went to the city).

• A Diary doesn't need to be formal it can be written in an Informal style.

Q-1 Write a diary entry on how you spent a day at your best friend’s house. You are Diya/Deepak. (clues- all the interesting things you did together, games etc)

How to Write a Diary Entry

First, write the name of the day.

After that, write the date including the month and year.

Write relevant time according to your content.

Then salutation (Dear Diary).

Write the body of the diary in short and simple language.

Last, after finishing your body writing, write your name or put your signature.
