  • Who: the students are going to write a formal letter to a company at A2-level.
  • What: you have just returned from your internship in the UK. You write a letter to Kings Ltd, Unit 1, Temple Bank, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2DY, UK regarding this internship. 
- In your letter you ask for more information about the finalizing part of your internship. 
- For example: your grade regarding your portfolio, your behaviour in a professional setting, you ask for a reference and an assessment on your teamwork as well as individual work.
- Think of a good opening sentence and a closing sentence.
  • How: on your laptop or on paper and hand in before the end of this lesson.
  • Help: you can use Deepl (only for words).
  • Time: 20 minutes.

In order to achieve your goal of broadening your network you will need to have a work related conversation. You have a conversation about your experiences in your study and your internship. You should start by describing an experience and ask each other some questions. You close by exchanging phone numbers.

Use words such as: my phone number is..., one negative/positive experience was when..., as a trainee (traineeship)/intern (internship)

You are going to interview your classmate as if you are seeing each other for the first time.
Ask about hobbies in their spare time, family (members), work, study or internship.
