- Make big drawings. Do not put more than two or three drawings on one page.
- Use a hard pencil.
- Use coloured pencils (not pens) for colouring in a true-to-life drawing.
- Draw what you see, not what the book shows.
- Keep your drawing simple and don't sketch (schetsen).
- Write a title with the name of the organism or body part.
- Is it a schematic drawing or true-to-life drawing?, write "schematic" or "true-to-life" in the title.
- If it is a section drawing, write "longitudinal section" or "cross-section".
- If you used a magnifying glass or microscope, write the magnification.
- Label the parts you know. Draw a horizontal line between the part and its name.
- Write your name and class above the drawing.
- Work neatly!
