💡 How can you prevent this?

Cook meat, fish, and eggs thoroughly.
Wash your hands before cooking.

Work hygienically (clean kitchen tools, use separate cutting boards).
Read food labels (expiration dates, allergens).
Avoid raw milk cheese or raw fish for vulnerable groups (pregnant women, elderly, people with weakened immune systems).
