Who	Gebruik je bij personen. Voorbeeld: It was Madison who was so nice to me.
Which	Gebruik je bij dingen. Voorbeeld: She finished the project which she had to do for English.

Much <> Many

Much	Veel + ontelbaar	He didn't spend much time on his work.
Many	Veel + telbaar	They didn't visit many museums on holiday.

Little <> Few

Little	weinig+ ontelbaar	I have too little money to buy a new phone.
Few	weinig + telbaar	Only few children like to do chores.

Wanneer gebruik je Past Continuous?

Eigenlijk is het heel simpel, want er geldt maar 1 regel:

• Je gebruikt de Past Continuous om te zeggen dat iets in het verleden een tijdje duurde of een tijdje aan de gang was. 

• Het verschil met de Past Simple is dus dat de Past Simple gaat om een moment, terwijl de Past Continuous gaat over een langere gebeurtenis.

Hoe maak je die?

De regel is vrij eenvoudig:

• Past Continuous = was / were + werkwoord+ing

1. was hoort bij enkelvoud (I, he, she, it)
2. were hoort bij meervoud en bij you (you, we, you, they)
