Adverbs+ expressions of frequency

She's usually late for work.

I often wake up at seven.

Do you often wake up in the night?

She wakes up two or three times a night.

Every month I visit my grandparents.

An adverb of frequency goes after the verb TO BE, but it normally goes before the main verb.

An expression of frequency usually goes at the beginning or at the end of a sentence.
