- general remarks about P3 en toetsweek 2 

- few test questions, based on the number of mistakes -> continue with an evaluation form or listening exercise 

- The rest, continues with grammar/vocab exercises 

testweek 2 & period 3 

- toets is op donderdag 21 januari fysiek op school 

- Mevrouw Kuiper (V4B), Mevrouw Plazier (V4A)

- Jullie krijgen één boek mee naar huis. Denk eraan bij het verlaten van het toets lokaal 

-  V4A: The Hate U Give t/m 2 maart (5 weken), dan wisselen. 

- V4B: The absolutely true diary of a part-time indian t/m 2 maart (5 weken), dan wisselen. 

Past continuous & Past simple 

- was/were + verb + ing 

- 2 acties gebeuren tegelijkertijd/ duren ongeveer even lang dan gebruik je = 2x past continuous. 

-2 acties gebeuren na elkaar/volgen elkaar op = 2x past simple 

-Als een actie duidelijk korter duurt dan de andere actie in de zin gebruik je past simple en past continuous,. De past simple gebruik je dan voor de onderbreking/kort durende actie en de past continuous voor datgene dat langer duurt. 

While I was calling my aunt, my cat was sitting on my lap. 

While -> leidt niet altijd direct tot 2x past continuous. 

I poured a glass of salt instead of sugar into the birthday cake while I was making it

more/most bij 2 of meer lettergreep woorden 

sommige woorden mag je beiden gebruiken: 

-common, cruel, handsome, likely, pleasant, polite, quiet, simple, stupid 

-twee lettergrepige woorden die op -le, -er, -ow eindigen.
