Tag Questions zijn korte vragen aan het einde van een zin.

Tag questions

Tag questions zijn korte vragen aan het eind van een zin. In het Nederlands zijn dat vragen als: toch? of niet? of wel?

Als de zin bevestigend is, is de tag question ontkennend.

Als de zin ontkennend is, is de tag question bevestigend.

(+) You are a football player,	aren't you ? (-)
(-) She isn't very strong,	is she ? (+)
