GPS was developed by the US Department of Defence and Dr Ivan Getting. This technology became commercially available for phone devices and helps to locate the position of anybody at any point on the Earth.

Social Networking, a boon in the social media, was started with a website, Friendster. Nowadays, social networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Google+ and many more provide us a platform where we can interact with others  virtually and also do our business promotions.

Youtube is the world's famous free video sharing website. It was bought by Google and its developers. It allows people to watch, upload and share videos online.

Online Shopping is the process of buying goods and services from merchants directly over the internet using a web browser. The online shopping concept was first introduced by an English businessman Michael Aldrich in 1979. This has become very popular as people find it very convenient and easy to shop from the comfort of their homes or offices.

Prius is a driverless car that has no brake pedal, accelerator or steering wheel and moves safely without a human driver. It is powered by an electric motor. This project was initiated by Google in 2008. It uses special software, a combination of sensors and very accurate digital maps to move around the real world.
