Herhaling van de present simple 'to be'.

Schrijf de zinnen over en vul  'am, are, is' in

De present continuous is  een zin die in de tegenwoordige tijd staat.

Wanneer gebruik je de present continuous?

Je gebruikt de present continous als iets nu gebeurt.

We gebruiken de present contiNUous wanneer we het hebben over NU.

Ik ben nu aan het werk+en.

I am work+ing now.

onderwerp( over wie gaat het)	to be +	werkwoord + ing
I	Am/’m	Watching	TV.
You/we/they	Are/’re	Watching	TV.
He/she/it	Is/’s	Watching	TV.

• een -e- aan het eind? Dan gaat deze weg!

Ride --> riding

• Verdubbel de klinker aan het einde als een werkwoord  
•  (sit, run, swim, etc.)

Sit --> sitting
Run --> running

1. Iets dat altijd, nooit of regelmatig gebeurt
2. Iets dat NU aan de gang is.
3. Iets dat is gebeurd in het verleden.

hoe maak je de present continuous?

1. to be + hele werkwoord + en
2. to be + hele werkwoord + ed
3. to be + hele werkwoord + ing
