Speaking test: 
For this speaking assignment, you have to prepare a short film clip about the book that you’ve read. The goal of the film clip is to convince the audience to buy the book that you’ve read, or not to read it at all.

The films are to be done individually. You should speak for about 3 minutes. You will be assessed according to the speaking criteria on page two.
There are a few points that definitely have to be in your presentation, and there are a few points that are optional.


Slide 4 - Diapositive

Content - mandatory
- Specifically mention the title and author of your book.
- Why you chose to read this book.
- What your expectations were before reading it.
- What the book is about (keep it short and try to avoid spoilers).
- Your opinion of the book.
- Explanation of your opinion, with the use of at least two examples from the book (parts of story, characters, writing style, surprising moments etc.)
- Your final verdict – to read or not to read?

Content- optional:
- Your favourite or most hated moment in the book.
- What audience the book is suitable for e.g. teenagers, young girls, elderly people. Also explain why!

Tips
- Don’t read from a full text, use key words on a paper!
- Try to engage with the audience, you’re trying to convince them to read your book (or not)!
- Use funny or interesting parts of the story to support your opinion.
- Don’t use “the book was too thick” as an argument.
- Keep in mind that the audience has most likely not read your book, so they need complete information.
- Ensure you can fill the full 3 minutes + time yourself!
- Read the book.
