A little reminder on the use of will/shall + hele ww
  • Will (shall): simpele verwijzing naar de toekomst / iets wat nog gaat gebeuren, maar niet is gepland of vastgelegd.
  • Will wordt altijd gebruikt bij HE / SHE / IT + YOU and THEY
  • Bij I en WE mag je WILL en SHALL gebruiken maar WILL is gebruikelijker dan shall (vandaar haakjes in het boek)
LET OP!: Bij vragen met I en we gebruiken we altijd SHALL: Shall I go?/ Shall we start?
Let op de verkorte vormen:
 Will of shall: ‘ll
 Will not: won’t
Shall not: shan’t (remember: not so common!)
