The term SWOT analysis is frequently encountered by students. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Its primary significance for students lies in providing a clear understanding of their current position. Furthermore, this analysis aids in identifying areas for growth and setting achievable goals. Undertaking a SWOT analysis for oneself is a challenging and thoughtful task.

Instructions

Through SWOT analysis, a student can analyze what opportunities lie ahead of them. And with the threat quadrant analysis, students can also figure out what possible obstacles might arise.

Strengths:
  • Compile a list of your strengths and things you excel at.
  • Recognize the knowledge and skills that can be beneficial when troubleshooting problems.
  • Explore various aspects that set you apart from others.
  • Monitor your academic progress to gain a deeper comprehension.
Weaknesses:
  • Take note of the areas with potential for improvement.
  • Identify the steps required to shift or enhance aspects from the weaknesses quadrant to the strengths quadrant.
