To explain the job that vitamins and minerals do for us.

Micronutrients

These are vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins either dissolve in water OR fat:

Vitamins A, D and E dissolve in fat, so are found in fattier foods.

Vitamins C and B group dissolve in water, so are found in watery foods.

Vitamin C

Make a PowerPoint slide about vitamin C.

Don't use AI as it is often inaccurate about nutrients! You can add some images to make the slide colourful but keep them small as you need to add facts to your work.

Minerals

There are lots of minerals, but we are only going to think about calcium or iron.

Choose 1 to make a slide about. Use the same sources as you did for vitamin C. Remember to include mostly facts, but you can add some small images to give colour to your work.
