After graduating, Emma was looking for a new opportunity. She updated her CV and carefully read the job advertisement and job description. She decided to apply and sent a covering letter, with her documents enclosed. She also included a reference from a former teacher as her referee. Soon, an employment agency contacted her about a vacancy and invited her to a job interview. During the interview, she spoke about her degree, her experience, and her strong people skills. They said they would be in touchwithin the next two weeks.
