Logbook up to date.
You have created an Excel file in which you can process your data (column for number, results, average and spread)
How are you going to measure?
You must measure a total of 12 people, divided into 2 groups of 6.
Once you have everything ready, you can start measuring and process the data in Excel in a calmly manner.
