Different futures
If you want to express something that is going to happen in the future, you can use different ways to express future tense.
- Present Simple
- Going to 
- Will
These words indicate future tense.

Present Simple
If you want to express something that follows a schedule we use the present simple to express future tense.
- Present Simple
For example: Monica plays football on Saturday.
I work every Monday to Thursday.

Schedule = rooster/afspraak

Going to
If something is planned  but nor yet arranged, then we use: 'going to'.

Example: I am going to visit my grandmother this Friday.
Example 2: We are going to hike on Saturday.
                                         to be + going to + infinitive
          werkvorm van "to be" + "going to" + hele werkwoord

Will 
Something is not planned yet or uncertain to happen: 'will'.
Example: I will visit my grandmother.
Example 2: We will be busy this Saturday.
                                         will + infinitive

Als je iets van plan bent, maar het is nog niet zeker dan gebruik je:                          "will" + hele werkwoord
