American and British English differ in:

- vocabulary (football - soccer)

- spelling (color - colour)

- grammar (Do you have..? - Have you got..?)

- pronounciation/accent (r at end of word, like weather)

British and American English differ in the way they use vocabulary. 

Truck and Lorry have the same meaning = vrachtwagen.
