To make an event feasible, events organisers need to think of:

1. Purpose (charity, profit, training, networking, promoting etc.)
2. Aims and objectives 
aim = overall goal
objectives = list of plans that help achieve aims

3. Constraints = parameters/boundaries (kaders/voorwaarden)
4. Success factors: When is your event successful?
