Present simple is used for:
1. habits/routines
2. preferences. 


I always go to bed at 10 PM. I don't go to bed at 8 PM every day.
Tim loves football. Thom doesn't love football.
Anna often goes out with friends.

Adverbs of Frequency = how often you do something
I always get up early in the mornings.  = usually before the verb
I am never late for work. = BUT after to be (am, is, are)

Talk to each other - how often do you do these things? Use full sentences:
- get up early on Saturday
- be late for school
- watch sports on TV
- be hungry after school
