Lesson plan

1. Target group: +/- 25 students from Hogeschool. The majority have had no previous lessons in this language.

At the end of the first lesson students can: introduce themselves / ask another who he/she is / know how to greet in Spanish and how to say goodbye.

How do we check that? Before the end of the lesson students can practice in pairs and they say goodbye to each other in Spanish.

• Target group: +/- 25 students from Hogeschool. The majority have had no previous lessons in this language. 
• At the end of the first lesson students can: introduce themselves / ask another who he/she is / know how to greet in Spanish and how to say goodbye.
• How do I check that? Before the end of the lesson students can practice in pairs and they say goodbye to each other in Spanish.
• During this lesson activity I want to learn myself to keep the lesson interactive. STEPS: 

1. Explanation of the objectives and activities in class. 
2. Mind Map to activate prior knowledge. 
3. Listening exercise.
4. Repeat dialog. 
5. Questions.

• I want the students to participate actively.

Objetivos de la micro-clase:

• Activar conocimiento previo del español/ Activate prior knowledge in Spanish
• Saludar / Greet each other
• Decir quién eres / To tell who you are
• Preguntar a alguien quién es / To ask who someone is

Conocimiento previo 

Seguro que ya conoces palabras en español. ¿Cuáles?

• Hola, ¿qué tal? Yo soy Marilú, ¿y tú, quién eres?
• Buenos días, Marilú. Yo me llamo Jorge.
• ¡Mucho gusto, Jorge!
• ¡Encantado, Marilú!

Presentarse

Repite el diálogo. Usa tu propio nombre. 

Repeat the dialogue. Use your own name.

• ¡Hasta mañana, Marilú!  
• ¡Adiós, Jorge!
• ¡Hasta pronto, Marilú!
• ¡Chau, Jorge!
• ¡Hasta luego, Marilú!

Despídete de tus compañeros de clase.
