Last summer
Last summer, it was so hot.  The sun shone brightly and there were no clouds in the sky.  We went to the beach.  We swam and built big sand castles.  We ate icy cold ice-cream and drank refreshingly delicious soda.  My mother packed us a picnic lunch.  The sandwiches we ate, were hot and sweaty and ended up covered in sand. My mother rubbed sunblock on us, but I still got a tan. My brother was stung by a jellyfish. It was really painful. It was very crowded at the beach, but we loved every minute of our time there.
