    Reading strategies (CB p189-interview):
    • Read title + sub-headings = guess topic
    • Retrieve prior knowledge on this topic
    • Retrieve prior knowledge on text type/structure
    • Skim text = general idea
    • Read questions = import key words = prior knowledge on these topics + vocabulary (synonyms etc)
    • Read text carefully = guess meaning of word through context / look up meaning in dictionary
