Step 1

Prepare your presentation.

1. Make a PowerPoint / Prezi / Canva.

2. Make a back-up.

3. Mail your presentation to yourself.

4. Practice makes perfect!

Use professional English.

Speak in a clear voice.

Don't forget to smile!!!

Step 2

Start your presentation.

1.  Give a welcome to your audience.

2. Introduce yourself.

3. Introduce your topic.

4. Outline your structure

5. Give information about Q&A

Step 3

Present in English.

1. Don't rush yourself.

2. Go through the steps one by one.

3. It's okay to take a step back.

4. Speak English, "Let me think, it's ...".

Use professional English.

End your presentation.

1. End your presentation.

2. Invite me to ask questions.

3. Answer the questions in English.

4. End  by thanking the audience and wishing them a nice day.

          

Remember: No matter what type of question you are asked, there are three  rules to remember:

- Be polite

- Answer clearly and concisely, using plain language

- Repeat the question in your anwer

- If you do not know the answer, admit it.Promise to follow it up
