Body Paragraph 1
Teenagers are often accused of not caring about civic issues and of being uninformed of what is happening on the political stage. This is unsurprising due to the fact that they are not allowed to participate in the voting process. Allowing people to vote from the age of sixteen would motivate the youth to learn about the issues and increase their knowledge what is happening in the political sphere. They are more than capable of making decisions on important matters, especially on matters that affect themselves and their futures.
