We use the Present Simple when we talk about:
  1. Facts = something that is always true.
    'Water boils at 100 degrees.'
  2. Habits = something that happens regularly.
    'I go to school every Monday.'

When the pronoun is he, she or it we add -s or -es to the end of the verb.

He sees his friend.
She works every day.
