Prefixes and Suffixes
Voorvoegsels en Achtervoegsels

Letter that you add before and after a word to change the meaning of a word.

Meaning: "not" or "the opposite". Also to cancel an action (undo)
Examples: unhappy, unused, unfriend
  • re-
Meaning: "again"
Examples: rewrite, repaint, redo
