You have to consider some things when looking at the role of KSA in the spread of salafism.
KSA has a longer (religious) history and is (in) a state of change.
Still looking at the future: Salafism finds its ways to youngster in the Netherlands.
Muslims all over the world are looking to KSA.

Question Cemal
'What is the difference between Salafisme and Wahhabism?'
There are some differences. I would make the distinction as follows:
Salfism is a catchall, where Wahhabism is part of. Wahhabism specifically defines a wing of Islamic tought inspired by the teachings of Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab such as the Saudi state religion.
