  • Executive power (uitvoerende macht). 
  • Independent judiciary power (rechterlijke macht).

  • In the Netherlands this power lies with parliament.
  • This power lies with those who make the laws. 
  • Our legislative power is chosen! (local, province, country and european). We choose who ends up in the House of Representatives. The Provincial council chooses who ends up in the Senate.
