Do's and Don'ts 

• No drugs, alcohol nor smoking 
  
• Don't go out without asking permission from your teacher and the host family. 
• During excursions, stay together with your partner at all times. 
• Take off your shoes when you enter someone's home. 
• Do not hesitate to talk about dietary requirements or any problems you may have. 
• January in Istanbul will be cold and it may be snowing, so please bring along warm clothes, winter shoes and coats/jackets with hoodies in case it rains. Also please bring along gym clothes, as we will have a gym activity one day. 
• Girls: As we will be visiting a mosque, please bring along a shawl or scarf to cover your head as ladies cannot enter a   mosque without their heads covered.
• Don't forget to have fun!
