  5.  He hardly ever (=bijna nooit) smiles.
  6. You never (=nooit) tell me anything.
Let op! 
Bij een vorm van to be in de zin komt het bijwoord van tijd achter de vorm van to be: 
--> Am,is,are

  1.  They are never on time.
  2. I am always happy to see her.
