Last Tuesday I was absent, because I was waiting for my Corona test results and I was not feeling well, but I am back!

Animals and their body

As you already know, there are many different kinds of animals, but there are also many things they have in common

Fish, birds, reptiles, amphibians and mammals all have things in common

Today we are going to learn these things

What animal features (kenmerken) do you already know in English?

Do you also know things some animals have in common? Give an example of 2 animals with the same features

So some similarities are...

Fish have fins and scales

Birds have a beak and claws

Reptiles have hard scales and are cold blodded

Amphibians have a soft skin and are cold blooded

Mammals have hair and almost all mammals have a tail

Your assignment

What: Go to page 63-64 and make assignment 12, 13 & 14 

How: Alone, because it is good practice for the test

Help: Fingers up & ask the teacher

Time: 10 minutes

Result & finished: All answers filled in? Make assignment 15
