Can smiling really 

make you happier?

Je komt een onderzoek tegen over gezichtsuitdrukkingen: door glimlachen zou je gelukkiger worden. Je bent nieuwsgierig hoe dit precies werkt en leest dit artikel.

What is the main idea in the first paragraph?
