Assignment 3: 
Tastes and aromas
  • Collect a tasting kit with 3 nose clamps, 3 blindfolds and 3 tweezers
  • Collect 3 plates with aluminium foil
  • Every group chooses one coordinator- the other members are tasters
  • Tasters are blindfolded with nose clamp
  • The coordinator feeds the 3 ingredients to the tasters
  • The tasters discuss what taste they taste and what product it is. Fill this in on the handout
