 “Mission: German Survival – Escape the Airport!”

Lernziele

Learn and use German phrases in an interactive 'escape' style assignment.

 1. Intro & Teams (5 min)

Korte uitleg van het scenario.

Maak teams van 3-4 leerlingen (gemengd: Nederlands + Deens).

Geef elke groep een “Survival Card” met basiszinnen en woorden (in het Duits + vertaling in Engels).

Scenario (in het Engels aan de klas vertellen):

“You just landed in Berlin for a school trip... but something went wrong! Your group is lost at the airport, no phones work, and nobody speaks English. You’ll need to complete  a mission  to get to your hotel. Only German will help you survive!”  

Missions: “Lost in the Airport” (10 min)

- Before you start with your survival to get to your Hotel, you have to eat something, because you all are hungry. (Ich möchte eine Cola und eine Brezel, bitte.)

- You have to find a map to get to your Hotel. But the directions are in German (right, left, geradeaus, etc.).

- “You need to find the bus.”

FInd a map and  draw the way to the hotel on the map and explain the route in German to the class.
