1. Talk about your progress; how far are you? Compare notes. 

Choose 1 paragraph/chapter you read (something difficult, interesting, important...)

2. Read it out loud & discuss / help each other

3. If time, discuss the themes you encountered in the first part of your book, and/or the role of animals.

Next time, you will compare these topics with your speaking partner

Feedback essay

Look at the feedback you got for your essay. 

Compare with your neighbour. 

Look at the rubric and make sure to discuss your essay together.
