Making acquaintance =  To meet someone for the first time and get to know them a little.

- If you catch the ball share a fun summer memory (where you went on holiday, fun activity like amusement park)

- Then say someone else's name and throw the ball

Rules & expectations

• Wil je wat zeggen of vragen? Steek je vinger op en wacht op je beurt. 
• Wanneer ik praat, ben je stil.
• Telefoons in het hoesje en uit
• Boeken en schrift mee, huiswerk (indien opgegeven) af  
• Device mee en opgeladen
• Wc? Ga voordat de les begint (dus niet tijdens de les)
• Je bent op tijd in de les
• Als je binnenkomt, leg je je tas op de grond en je spullen op tafel.
• Eten en drinken doe je in de pauze.
• Probeer zo veel mogelijk in het Engels te praten. Fouten maken mag!

Today you will introduce yourself to your class mates. 

In groups of 4:

- individually, write down 3 things that are true and 1 that is false.

- In turns, let the others guess which one isn't true. 

Speaking Assignment: Alphabet and counting

1. Let's say the alphabet together. Repeat after the audio. 
2. Listen and repeat the numbers. Then say the numbers backwards around the class. (page 4)
