In class

  • speak English
  • do your homework/weektask
  • bring your laptop/ i-pad and earphones to class but keep it in your bag  until I tell you to open it. Make a file labelled English on your device where you store everything you need for the English classes.
  • bring your notebook, pens and a marker (and your exambook when I ask you to)
  • put your phone in your bag and leave it there during the lesson
  • ask questions when you do not understand anything

Slide 12 - Slide

You will need to do very much for English. It is skills tests rather than simply learning
words this year.  It is therefore of utmost importance  that you do your week task, pay attention in class, and ask for help when needed.

Do not worry: I will help you with extra exercises, planner etc

You can help yourself enormously by applying yourself and
learning things even when you do not get a mark for them.
Believe me: you need to know this to do the tests!

End of the lesson
Put everything in your bag. You can put your things in your bag 1 minute before the class ends, but not before!
